Need help. Beginner here. Where do you guys create and what do I need for it?

Hey guys, I'm completely new to this ai. I saw a post on chatgpt sub and generated my own photo while fixing some of the prompt and got this. Really liked it but chatgpt wouldn't let me generate more cus it kept getting content policy violations even though it generated this one. So can you guys tell me where I can generate nsfw images like this quality with or without a subscription and what devices or model do I need for it. I have an Android phone and a latest MacBook air.
